QUOTATION AND ORDER GUIDELINES

FOR XSCENTS EAU DE PARFUM:

•  Text or call (0915) 531-4866 or email xscents@gmail.com to know the available products, latest perfume list and current prices.
  
• For orders from our existing and available stocks: a) If pick-up, there is no minimum purchase requirement; b) If meet-ups, there is minimum purchase requirement of P3,000. Meet-ups at any of the following locations: SM Megamall, Tiendesitas or Market Market / Serendra / High Street area during Saturdays or Sundays; c) If via courier, the client pays for the shipping cost.
• Please contact us for orders or reservations. Products are reserved for a maximum of 3 days only.

FOR PERSONALIZED SOUVENIRS:

• Minimum order quantity: 75 pcs. total for one product or combination of products --- Eau de Parfum, Cologne, Lotion, Hand Sanitizer, Massage Oil, Aromatherapy Essential Oil and Reed Diffuser. 
• May choose up to 2 scents, if the scents are currently available (for Eau de parfum and Cologne).
• May select 2 different bottle designs.  
• For regular orders: Ready for pick-up within 2-3 weeks upon signing of the Job Order Form.   
• For rush orders (subject to additional fee): Ready for pick-up within 1 week upon signing of the Job Order Form.  
• Payment Terms: 50% downpayment upon signing of the Job Order Form; full payment upon pick-up of finished goods.
• Shipping cost, if any, shall be shouldered by the client/buyer.  
• Method of Payment:  Cash or bank deposit (Banco de Oro).

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS:

• For Product Photos and Descriptions, please visit XSCENTS BRAND and SOUVENIRS.  Write down your desired product/s (e.g. cologne, lotion, etc.), chosen bottle/s and size/s.
• Choose scents from these links: List of Fragrances and Aromatherapy Scents.  Write down your chosen scent/s.
• Send the details to xscents@gmail.com or via the Feedback & Inquiry Form.  Include the following details: a) XSCENTS Brand OR Personalized Souvenirs (specify the product/s), b) bottle type, c) size and d) scent/s (if any) together with your name, contact details and email address. We will email you a quotation.
• Price includes the content, bottle and professionally-printed personalized labels.  Boxes and pouches are optional.
